Well, I missed getting to make a post about the Perseverance Rover (and Ingenuity Helicopter!) on Friday due to life getting busy-busy-busy, but it turned out to be a good thing. Because now I get to bring you two news items at once, what with Innovatoys getting the scoop on the Mandalorian models, and dropping it on us this morning!
As you can see above, there are some really freaking gorgeous Mandalorian models on the way. And they look to be bringing some serious challenge, especially with IG-11. Plus some adorable with The Child. I can’t wait to sink my teeth into these… or maybe it’s more accurate to say that I will sink their tabs into my fingertips?

And then there is the super-detailed Mars Rover Perseverance and it’s companion, the Ingenuity Helicopter. I believe this will probably be sold as a single model, but I love the fact that they included Ingenuity, as it will be the first helicopter to ever fly on another planet (well, at least the first one designed by humans, wink-wink).

OK, So I’m feeling a bit big headed. A while back Brad at Animate Orange asked what Model I’d like to see and I asked for The Mandalorian. I didn’t know I was so influential. I am stoked with this collection. IG-11 would be cool if it swiveled as in the show.
I so had the same thoughts! (RE: swivel action on IG-11) I’ve been hoping they would do Mando models, and had heard rumors that they were at least toying around with a model of The Child. Then there was the newsletter a while back announcing there would be multiple… and then, for all of them to be ICONX / Premium Series? Yes, please!
