So it is again that we see a new model trickling into existance over on Piececool’s website. We have only a few images for this Moon Palace model, and they all seem to be derived from the same photograph. Surprisingly, the photo of the product box is rather high-res, so I was able to extract a few closer-up crops that might be helpful. And yet, I’m very confused. It looks like the front section and side sections of the model are at a lower height than the main / back section, so I’m not sure how this is supposed to be displayed. I’m thinking that it might be like some of the other recent models, where they don’t show some of the stand / support components (EDIT: see update at end of post).
According to the information that’s currently available, this is set for release on the 10th of January, is composed of seven and a half sheets (with 8 “accessories”) and is roughly 21 x 17 x 8 cm when completed (that’s 8.25″ x 6.75″ x 3.25″, roughly). It also appears to be made from the gold (brass) sheets (with colors applied of course).
As usual, I’ll be updating my checklist with this information.
Update: The PDF of the instructions are now available, and it looks like the model will be coming with some clear plastic parts that assemble together to create a stand for the model, as shown here:

Hi! I would like to start on Piececool buildings and I don’t know where I can buy them. Just made a lot of Metal Earth’s and I need more… Do you know any web that ships internationally? I’m from Spain.
Thanks a lot!!!!
Hi! I get all of my Piececool models through AliExpress.com sellers, but I should warn you that you need to be careful of knockoffs on there, if you have any concerns regarding that. I tend to only order from listings where they show the retail packaging as one of the photos. Be aware that orders on AliExpress are usually shipped from China, so it can take a while.
Alternatively, you can probably get them from the Crazy Toys UK website (crazytoys.co.uk), which ships out of the UK, I believe. They do also have a store on AliExpress. I know of a few fellow builders that order from them and have had good experiences.
I’ve been getting all my Piececool stuff, ( Phoenix Coronet, Wedding Sedan Chair, Southern Gate, Sun Wukong, Tripitaka, Pigsy, (Looking for Sandy).) From Crazy Toys UK. Their customer service is exemplary. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I’ve seen that store, both on their website and on AliExpress. I’ve also heard nothing but good things about them, though I haven’t yet bought anything directly from them myself.
